Martin has gained his fair share of experience at places like Southern Sun Waterfront (Executive Chef) and the Hilton Worldwide Durban (5 star) Events such as the GOOD FOOD AND WINE SHOW, Indaba Gala Dinner and the Million Dollor Golf Challenges have all had Martin Chetty as Executive Chef.
